Does the owner of the property speak English?
Yes.
What should I do if my expected arrival time is different to the agreed time?
In this case we ask you to let us know (by 8pm the previous evening) so we can make the necessary arrangements.
We normally take our dog with us on holiday, is this OK?
Small animals are welcome at Torre del Cielo. However we ask you to notify us in advance.
How far away are cities like Arezzo, Perugia, Assisi?
Arezzo is about 20 minutes by car
Perugia is about 50 minutes by car
Assisi is about 60 minutes by car
What should I do if I need to wash things while I'm there?
There is a washing machine available in both properties.
Is it possible just to book 2 days at either of the properties?
No. The minimum booking in low/medium season is 5 nights, and in high/peak season its 7 nights.
How far away are the shops, and when do they close?
They are just 2,5 km away. The supermarkets are open from 8.30am to 12.30pm. and from 4pm to 8pm
Is the pool always open?
Yes, the pool is open all the way through from the beginning of May until the end of September; we can extend these rates by prior arrangement.
How can I make a booking?
You can send a no obligation request by e.mail to check availability and for any other information.
You will receive a reply directly from the owner with a summary of the payment details for the property, the amount payable - which is 30% of the total price, necessary to send to make the booking.
Once your deposit has been received your booking is confirmed.
What will I receive after the booking?
The voucher, including the exact address of the property and directions for reaching it, the telephone number of the owner, a summary of the booking details and payment details for the balance of the holiday.

From Arezzo follow the state road 73 tiberina until Le Ville, then SP221 until Monterchi
From Sansepolcro: SR73 Tiberina until Le Ville, SP 221 until Monterchi
From Rome: E45, exit Sansepolcro, SP221 until Monterchi

To reach Villa Palazzo Rosadi and Torre del Cielo you can land at Florence airport "Amerigo Vespucci" or at Pisa or Rome or Bologna or Forlì or Perugia airports. You can hire a car or take a taxi at the airport.
> By train
Main line: Rome-Milan stopping at Arezzo and connecting bus to Monterchi.
