Minimum stay is always 7 nights in high/peak season and 5 nights in low/middle season.

• Car hiring (the owner can hire a car for you and let you find it at the villa directly)
• Internet connection and telephone

40% of the total rental rate at time of booking. Balance to be received 10 weeks before the first day of the booking by credit card ( Visa - Mastercard) or bank transfer.

The following amounts are payable in the event of cancellations: More than 70 days before departure 40% of total holiday cost payable 69-60 days before departure 60% of total holiday cost payable 59-0 days before departure 100% of total holiday cost payable.
