All prices include VAT
Minimum stay is always 7 nights in high/peak season and 5 nights in low/middle season.

Groups of up to 9 or 10 € 350
Groups of 11 or 12 € 700
Children under 2 years on the date of arrival free of charge

• Excursion to the Tiber Valley with the owner
• 5 hours to use of the local tennis court
• Weekly change of bed/bathroom linen and pool towels

• Two mountain bikes

• Barbecue
• Private outdoor dining area
• Sunbeds, chairs and gazebo

Extra services (to be arranged in advance)

• Transfer by van with driver from and to the airports of Rome, Perugia, Florence, Pisa, Bologna, Forlì
• Van hiring for tours with English-speaking guide
• Car hiring (the owner can hire a car for you and let you find it at the villa directly)
• Internet connection and telephone
• Professional chef for breakfast and dinners (the price depends on the menù)
• Professional chef for cooking lessons
• Extra maid service
• Babysitting
• Central heating on consumption

Booking Details
40% of the total rental rate at time of booking. Balance to be received 10 weeks before the first day of the booking by credit card ( Visa - Mastercard) or bank transfer.

Security Deposit
There is a telephone/breakage cash deposit of € 500 payable on arrival. This will be returned to you, less any deductions, on the day of departure.

40% of the total rental rate at time of booking. Balance to be received 70 days before the first day of the booking, by swift bank transfer or credit card. The following amounts are payable in the event of cancellations: More than 70 days before departure 40% of total holiday cost payable 69-60 days before departure 60% of total holiday cost payable 59-0 days before departure 100% of total holiday cost payable.
